Appropriate Conduct & Content

• You must not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other CentralRoost.com users or Members.
• You may not use the CentralRoost.com service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). International users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
• You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, screen names, graphics, photos, links and other content ("Content") that you submit, post, and display on the CentralRoost.com service.
• You must not modify, adapt, translate or hack any portion of CentralRoost.com or modify another web site so as to falsely imply that it is associated with CentralRoost.com.

• We may, but shall have no obligation to, remove Content and accounts with or without your notice, containing Content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, fraudulent, obscene or otherwise objectionable or infringes or violates any party's intellectual property or other proprietary rights or these Terms of Use.
• Your account will be terminated if it is used for hosting non-related home improvement/ home design Content or if any Content is deemed by CentralRoost.com to be sexually explicit.
• You understand and agree that CentralRoost.com cannot be responsible for the acts or omissions of users on its site and that by using the CentralRoost.com site you agree to accept such risks.

Other examples of illegal or unauthorized uses include, but are not limited to:

• Using any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other device to retrieve or index any portion or the CentralRoost.com Web site; collecting any information about other Members (including usernames and/or email addresses) for unauthorized purposes; reformatting or framing any portion of the web pages or site images that are part of CentralRoost.com; creating user accounts by automated means or under false or fraudulent pretences; submitting Content of any third party without such third party's prior written consent; directing any user (for example, by linking) to any Content of any third party without such third party's prior written consent; submitting Content that falsely express or imply that such Content are sponsored or endorsed by CentralRoost.com; submitting Content that infringes, misappropriates or violates the intellectual property, publicity, privacy or other proprietary rights of any party; transmitting any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses or other items of a destructive nature; submitting Content that are unlawful or promote or encourage illegal activity; or submitting false or misleading information.

Eligibility and Registration

• You must be 18 years and older to use this site.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
• When you register with CentralRoost.com you will be asked to select a username (screen name/nickname) and password and you will be responsible for all activities occurring under your username and for keeping your password secure.
• We may refuse to grant you a username that impersonates someone else, is or may be protected by trademark or proprietary rights law, or is vulgar, offensive or otherwise inappropriate, as determined by us in our sole discretion.

Proprietary Rights and Copyright

We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to CentralRoost.com. Your profile and materials uploaded remain yours, however, by uploading your images, you agree to allow other CentralRoost.com users to view and share your images and you therefore agree to allow us to display and store them.

The images uploaded and displayed on this website are copyrighted and trademarked by their respective owners and are displayed with the express permission of the copyright and trademark owners. Any reproduction without express permission from the copyright or trademark owner is a violation of law and is prohibited. CentralRoost.com and the developers of this site disclaim all liability related to the unauthorized copying, reproduction or other misuse of the images and products displayed.

Except as expressly authorized by CentralRoost.com, you may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display or sell any of CentralRoost.com's proprietary information.

• You may not change, supplement, or amend these Terms of Use in any manner. Each time you use the Web site, you acknowledge and signify that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use as they then read.
