Lemon Scented Garburator

If your kitchen sink is equipped with a food waste disposer (otherwise known as a garburator) and it is starting to smell, try this simple trick of grinding lemon peels to obtain a fresher ‘lemon’ scent. To keep your disposer clean, every few weeks grind ice cubes while running the cold water tap or flush the garburator with baking soda and water. You should never pour harsh chemicals down the disposer.
