					<description>It is generally recommended to load your dishes so that there are gaps to allow water to spray all surface areas and thus clean it.  If you pre-sort your cutlery, then your knives may stick together, and your spoons and forks may nest, causing inefficient cleaning since the water spray can't get to the surfaces in between them.</description>
